While we strive to offer the very best in wholesale clothing, we understand that mistakes happen and packages can become damaged or you may not receive the item you thought you were getting. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to request a return. Return requests must be made within five (5) days of the receipt of your package. Please do not attempt to return the packages immediately after receiving them. Please contact us first at [email protected], this will let us know to expect your return and we can facilitate the process in the most efficient way possible.

What Your Return Will Cost You

While we do endeavour to provide a full refund when possible, if the product has no manufacturing defaults, then we may charge a 20% restocking fee on that return. This same restocking fee also applies to instances where the customer does not pay for their order or claim it within five (5) working days.

This restocking fee will increase to 50% of the original sale price if the stock has been held by the customer for longer than 14 days.

You will be responsible for any postage fees associated with the return package. You will also have to repack the item yourself. For best results, we recommend using an insured and registered post for all returns.

Preparing Your Return

You will be provided with a form that will need to be filled out in full and then placed somewhere in your return package. If any item is returned to us without its accompanying return slip, we will not be able to process the return successfully.

The item will only be accepted as a return if it is in its original sale condition. We must be able to take your return and place it back for sale on our wholesale clothing site and expect to sell it to the next customer without any difficulty. If your return is worn, misshapen, modified, coloured, faded, washed or otherwise non-resalable, then we will not be able to accept it.

If the item is faulty, then we ask that you provide a photo of the damage. This will help us process your return faster.

We can also amend orders. If there is something missing from your package, please let us know within five (5) working days of receiving the package. We will work quickly to rectify the order for you and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

MaryJane Fashion is not responsible for any damages or loss of goods that may occur while your return is being handled by a third party.

How We Process Returns

After the items have made it to our facility, we will process the return and issue a refund. You will be credited for the applicable amount of refund using the same method of payment you used to make the purchase initially. Please note that refunds may take up to five (5) working days to appear on your account.

Our returns team will check every item that comes into our facility and determine if it is eligible for a refund or an exchange. There may be instances where a faulty item claim is not legitimate or where the returned item does not meet the requirements of our return policy. If that occurs, then we will not grant a refund or an exchange to the customer and the item will be sent back to the customer.

Approximate refunds times:

  • Bank Account payments will take 2 – 3 working days
  • PayPal payments will take 1 – 2 working days
