Is VAT (Value Added Tax) required on purchases?

VAT is charged to all UK customers. We don’t charge custom taxes on UK orders however orders outside the EU may be applicable to custom fees, taxes and import fees. These are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer. As per government rules and regulations we are required to state the correct value of your order on the invoice that is included in your order. Import duties vary from country to country and this is something that we have no control over. If you (customer) decide not to pay your duties, taxes and import fees which results in the order being returned to us we will charge you the return shipping costs to us by the courier and also a restocking fee of 25% of the order value.

For any non UK EU customers that are VAT registered and their VAT number is valid, they will automatically qualify through the checkout process. If a customers VAT number becomes invalid, it is the duty of the customer to inform us immediately through email at [email protected]. We reserve the right to require proof of VAT registration at any point..

If you are a VAT registered customer and the VAT has NOT been removed from your shopping basket automatically, please contact or call us on 01204 77 49 00 to authorise a refund of this VAT once you have placed your order. Your VAT number must pass the European Commission VAT Number Validation for us to do this so please have this number ready.

Does have a minimum purchase policy in place?

There is no minimum purchase policy for this website. Any size order will be accepted, no matter how small or large.

Can the packs be split up?

Our products are prepacked, which means we will not be able to split them up for you. All product listings have full details on quantities and ratios. Please consult the individual entries to find that information.

Can I get some samples?

We are sorry, but for now, we are unable to send out samples. If you have any questions about the specifics of any of our products, please ask us and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Am I allowed to use your site’s product images for my own retail website?

We do allow customers to use our product images for reselling purposes on their own websites. These images should not be used for marketing or any form of advertisement that extends beyond your website or store.

When does your store get new stock in?

Our store often receives deliveries on a daily basis. How large these deliveries are and what they entail will depend on the season. If an item you wanted is out of stock, we urge you to check back each day. We are constantly receiving new styles and products, so keep checking back in with us to enjoy the latest fashions.

Does have a physical location?

We are a wholesale business and therefore do not have any physical shops.

I was looking for a certain item, but it seems to be out of stock. When will it be restocked?

We aim to keep all our wholesale clothing fully stocked at all times, but popular items sell out quickly. The listing for each item features a restocking date, so you can use that as a guide. If there is something that you would like restocked, you can contact us with your request.

What do I need to do if I want to place a custom order?

Custom orders are usually only reserved for large quantity orders. Contact us with the specifics of your order and we will try to work something out with you.

What are your delivery options?

Is it necessary to create an account for delivery?

Signing up for an account is not necessary for delivery, though it is recommended. Once you sign up, all your account information and personal details can be stored on our servers for your next visit.

What can I do if my package is lost or is damaged when it arrives?

Let us know about any problem with your order right away. We will work with you to rectify the situation and contact our couriers for more information.

I would like my package delivered to someplace other than my billing address. Is that possible?

Of course. Just use your account’s Address Book to put an alternative address onto your account. Be sure to carefully choose the correct mailing address before each order is confirmed.

How do I make a return?

I would prefer to have the item exchanged instead of refunded. Is that possible?

We will try to accommodate you however we can, but it is not always possible to offer an exchange. For exchanges, please get in touch with our customer service department at [email protected] and detail your request.

Will I have to pay return shipping costs?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
