If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases, you can request to return/exchange the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only accepted in the original resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted if worn, de-shaped, de-coloured, misused, washed, or in a non-resalable condition.
Please note: All item(s) which are claimed to be faulty will be checked by our Returns Team, who make the decision if a refund/exchange is granted. If a faulty item request is not genuine or falls outside of the 14 day return policy, then a refund/exchange will not be granted and the item(s) will be returned to the customer. The customer is liable for the cost of postage and packaging on any returned items.
Customers wanting to return/exchange item(s) should first contact us via email stating their case. If the case is accepted as an error by us, we will send out a pre-paid postage bag. Customers must then send the item(s) in the pre-paid postage bag, along with the completed returns slip. All our items are sent out with a returns slip, which should be fully filled in and placed in the return bag. If a return/exchange is received by us without a return slip, then we are unable to process the return. If you have misplaced your return card please supply us with the following information; Email Address, Full Name, and Reason for Return.
Customers are encouraged to take note of the package tracking number, which acts as proof of return. Our Returns Team will respond to your eBay message upon receipt of the return.
Item(s) for refund/exchange that are sent to us without first contacting us through email cannot be processed and a refund/exchange will not be given. Postage costs will not be refunded.
