Do I have to pay VAT (Value Added Tax)?
20% Vat is only charged to UK customers and EU customers who do not have a valid VAT number, and is added to your basket at the checkout. Customers from outside of the EU will not be charged VAT, but may have to pay local import charges when receiving the goods. EU customers with a valid VAT number will not be charged VAT. Please familiarise yourself with your countries custom taxes and duties if you are unsure.
Can I split the packs?
Unfortunately the products are prepacked and we cannot split them up. A full breakdown of ratios and quantities are given on each styles product information.
Is there a minimum spend on your website?
We accept orders big or small - We do not have a minimum spend on the website.
Do you send samples out?
Unfortunately we are not able to send out samples at this moment in time. We are hoping to get a showroom opened up very soon so that customers are able to have a look at the products in person.
Can I use your product images on my website?
Yes you may use the pictures of any of the products that you have bought from us for the purpose of reselling the product only. We provide a front, back and closeup image of all garments. We do not allow the images to be used for marketing / advertisement or promotional material outside your own retail store or website.
How often do you recieve new stock?
We have deliveries everyday, it depends on the season and time period of when we recieve stock. Please check back often for the latest styles and trends on our website!
Do you have a high-street store?
Yes, we have one store in Bolton high street! Be sure to pop in!
My chosen item seems to be out of stock, are you getting more in?
Popular listings that are out of stock will have a restock delivery date on the listing page. No not hesitate to contact us if there are specific items that you are waiting for!
I'm looking to place a custom order?
We can only accommodate custom orders for large quantities. Please contact us with specific details and we will certainly see what we can do!
What delivery options do you provide?
UK Standard or UK Next Day Delivery, European Delivery, and International Delivery. We also give you the option of self pick up from our warehouse, or arrange your own courier - Please click here for more information
How much does delivery cost? Will I need to sign for delivery?
Please click here for postage costs. You do not need to sign up for delivery, however we would recommend creating an account as it will have all your information and order details stored.
What happens if my parcel is lost / damaged on arrival?
Please contact us telling us about your issue as soon as possible, we can then investigate this issue further with our couriers
Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, please log in to your account before you place your order to add an alternative address into the Address Book tab
How do I return an item?
Simply fill out your returns slip (in your parcel) Return to the stated address in its original condition and original package. You are liable for the postage costs. Please click here for more information
Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?
